Returns
We offer a 14 day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
To request a return, please contact info@factoryireland.com.
Once approved, you’ll receive full return instructions.
All returns are processed via Royal Mail.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Personal care items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
If you’re unsure about an item, contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
